Requirement

  • Responsible for building the new energy team and accurately recruiting suitable talents based on business needs.   • Develop a detailed new energy business development strategy and annual work plan based on the overall strategic goals of the company and the development trends of the new energy industry. Clarify the direction of business development, target market, and core competitiveness to ensure that the company's new energy business occupies a favorable position in the market. Decompose strategic planning into specific work tasks and indicators, supervise the execution process, regularly evaluate and adjust business progress, and ensure the smooth achievement of strategic goals.

  • Establish a comprehensive new energy business data collection and analysis system, regularly collect, organize, and analyze industry data, market data, project data, etc., to provide accurate and timely data support for company decision-making. Through data analysis, identify problems and opportunities in business development, propose targeted improvement measures and suggestions, and promote continuous optimization and innovative development of the company's business.

  • Negotiate business cooperation with suppliers, partners, etc., and establish long-term stable cooperative relationships. According to the company's business needs, integrate resources from all parties, achieve complementary advantages, and jointly promote the development of new energy projects. Participate in industry standard setting and policy discussion activities, enhance the company's visibility and influence in the industry, and create a favorable external environment for the company's business development.
