Optimization of battery management system: Equipped with advanced battery management system (BMS), real-time monitoring of battery voltage, current, temperature and other parameters, precise control of battery charging and discharging process. When abnormal conditions such as overcharging, overdischarging, and overheating are detected in the battery, the BMS will take timely measures, such as cutting off the circuit, to protect the safety of the battery.


Safety design enhancement: In the structural design of the battery, safety protection layers, explosion-proof valves and other devices are adopted. The safety protection layer can automatically cut off the circuit when the internal temperature of the battery is too high, preventing further deterioration of thermal runaway; Explosion proof valves can release pressure in a timely manner when the internal pressure of the battery is too high, avoiding battery explosions.
